Maura has had her Golden Retriever dog, Shadow, for 14 years but she recently got diagnosed with cancer. Maura was told that the cancer in Shadow's body was in several places and that Shadow might only have a couple of days or weeks left to live. (She actually passed away later this evening in the car back from the shoot.)
Maura wanted to do something special to always have a memory of Shadow so organised a mini styled shoot. A florist helped and provided a flower crown and I offered my services to take some photographs.
We met on Friday 6th July at around 5pm and only took photos for around 30 mins as Shadow was exhausted and found it all very difficult.

e. She got some amazing shots in such a short time and I will forever cherish them! Shadow moved on to doggie heaven but now I will always have these great photos to look back on. I can’t wait for our next shoot with Rosie and to pass her on to my friends and clients (I’m an event planner)."
